Business Insurance

Why do I need General Liability insurance?

Business liability insurance protects your business against financial loss resulting from claims of injury or damage caused to others by you or your employees. This coverage excludes coverage for errors and omissions claims related to the delivery of your professional services.

You may not think you needed to protect yourself and your business against non-professional  losses, however, have you ever thought about:

  • What if your client requests a ‘Certificate of Insurance’ for General Liability? Do you work with municipalities?
  • What would happen if you lost your laptop?
  • What about other business property?
  • What if you accidently damaged property (contents) while on a client site?
  • What if you accidently hurt somebody while at a client site?

In each of these cases you would be protected if your business was covered by general liability insurance and property insurance.

Choosing the best business insurance coverage requires time and can often be a confusing process.  NAPA has teamed up with InsuranceNoodle, a business insurance aggregator, and Safeco Insurance to find you the most appropriate and affordable coverage available.
